Yes. STAY beds are designed to last, so they work just as well for puppies as they do for adult dogs. Many people choose a size their dog will grow into, rather than replacing the bed later.

Just like your own bedding. Pull them off, wash on a standard cycle with cold or warm water, and line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low. They’re designed to be washed regularly.

As often as you feel like you need to. Some people wash weekly, others rotate sheet sets and wash as needed. That flexibility is the whole point.

Yes, on a low heat setting. To extend the life of the fabric, line drying is ideal, but not essential.

The natural latex mattress is mould and mite resistant and doesn’t need regular washing. Using sheet sets helps keep it protected. If needed, spot clean with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry fully.

Yes. Our sheet sets are made from GOTS certified organic cotton, and the mattress is 100% natural latex. Everything is designed to be breathable, durable, and safe people and pets.

Yes, we offer free pick ups from our Redfern warehouse in Sydney.

Simply select 'Free Pickup' from the delivery options at checkout and we will contact you directly when your order is ready.

We offer free exchanges on our beds and bed bundles in case you need a different size. To be eligible, the bed must be unused, resealed in its original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery. 

Beds and covers may be returned for a full refund (minus postage) if they are unused, resealed in their original packaging, and the return request is made within 7 days of delivery. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of items once they have been opened.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days to arrange a refund or replacement.

Yes! We provide a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Our warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from rough use (chewing, scratching, stains, burns, or moisture damage), or commercial use. 

If you receive a faulty item, contact us at support@staydogbeds.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
